A Botanical Garden Elopement

I met Erin and her mother Shelly at the Wedding Fair Bridal show. They were so kind and sweet and I just knew I had to be her girl! And what do you know- she came back and booked me that very day! Yall- I love these connections with people. You know you just get that warm and fuzzy feeling when you know your a perfect match?! This friends is why I love having consultations with my potential brides or couple before I ever take payment. I love to connect with people, and by meeting before hand, this is how we learn about each other, share our questions and concerns and make sure we are the right fit! I want to be your girl on wedding day! Someone you have already built a relationship with, like, and trust wholeheartedly!

With that being said… here is the Michael Elopement! From what started as an idea to have a huge wedding at a larger venue, turned into a beautiful intimate afternoon. Erin got ready in a beautiful suite at the Historic Hotel Emma with just her mom by her side. After a beautiful ceremony that included a traditional Irish Hand tie to bind their marriage, we took newlywed photos at the gardens and headed to the Tower of the Americas. Erin surprised her new husband with a ride in a beautiful baby blue classic car (him being a car junky and all – was shocked and loved every minute!)

Their day was concluded with a visit to the observation deck at The Tower and dinner with their closest family.
